The economic system has become changeable and the formation of self-management skills is of great importance for a modern manager. Practice shows that high personal qualities have a great impact on the company’s effectiveness. It has been revealed that self-management is widespread in connection with patients who take care of themselves, following doctors’ recommendations. There are several terms of “self-management” in foreign and Russian publications such as self-management, self- efficacy, self-control, self-realization, self-leadership, self-motivation. The recommendations that managers have to take to have high level skills and to become more disciplined and organized have been given.
CURRENT ISSUES OF CUSTOMER LOYALTY FORMATION
The study relevance is due to the formation of long-term relations with customers. It requires of creation of integrated system of customers ’relations management. So, various definitions of the concept “loyalty” and types and forms of customer loyalty are considered. The concepts “clients’ capital” and its structure consisting four components (informational, reputational, agreement and personal) are analyzed.
THE IMPORTANCE OF THE FINANCE STABILITY IN COMPANY’S ACTIVITIES
At a present period of economic conditions transformation, there are changes in concepts, management paradigms and that imply changes in the goals and objectives of organizations, systems for ensuring effective decision-making. Tîday wholesale trade is primarily focused on profit growth. Company activities effectiveness level is an important stage for furthest financial strategy. It allows the company to assess identify problems, the prospects for further development and analyze the effectiveness of their strategy. Significant contribution to the analysis of the company’s functioning is the use of current business methods and performance measurement. In present economic situation finance stability is of great importance, this helps the competitiveness of the company.
REGIONAL AND SECTORAL ECONOMYEfremov A.K.INVESTMENTS IN YAKUTIA'S AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY: MAIN ISSUES AND THEIR SOLVING WAYS
Main investment issues in agricultural industry are the most important Yakutia economy branches are considered. The goals are to research the factors influencing on the investment as well as the analysis of the region’s economic indicators after investment. Recommendations for improving investment attractiveness of agricultural industry in Yakutia are presented.
PARTNER RELATIONS FORMATION WAYS IN TOUMEN REGION AND ITS AUTONOMOUS REGIONS
Cooperation based on the development of innovative technologies and social and economic programs of Toumen region, Khanty-Mansy and Yamal-Nenetsk autonomous regions are studied. Methods of problems solving, and strengthening of partner relations of three regions are presented. Examples of effective cooperation such as infrastructure development, stimulation of innovation processes as creative capital, accumulated in scientific clusters, techno-parks, business-incubators and research centers as well as development of cooperation of business, universities and scientific and research companies.
THE USE OF INFORMATION AND ANALYTICAL SYSTEMS FOR JUSTIFYING THE SERVICE COST ECONOMIC CALCULATION FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE APARTMENT BUILDING COMMON PROPERTY
The study results of the economically justified calculation of the service cost for the maintenance of apartment building common property are presented. The analysis of citizens’ appeals on issues of quality and the declared cost of the services performed have been carried out in Nevinnomyssk, Stavropol region has been made. Comparative study of the formation of the cost of service in six organizations and calculation made by the type of work has been made. It has been revealed the cost calculation of the common property in block of flats is formed without taking into account the economic justifications in Nevinnomyssk, Stavropol region. That entails a multiple excess of the inflation index for the previous period. To solve the problem information-analytical system and effective interaction of the parties involved have been designed to perform calculations on the common property apartment building maintenance.
THE MODEL OF THE INTERACTION OF INTERESTED PARTIES IN THE CENTRALIZATION ACCOUNTING
The tasks of centralized accounting departments are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of implementation of centralized accounting in state sector are shown. The ways and results of centralized accounting implementation are considered. The role model of centralized accounting in state and municipal management has been developed and the requirements of different interested parties and groups are presented.
COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF RURAL TERRITORIES MANAGEMENT IN VARIOUS COUNTRIES
Depopulation of rural territories in Russia is the consequence of characteristic social and economic problems. So, the state pays much attention to the development of rural territories. The development of effective programs is based on the study problems of development. The analysis of the experience in rural territories management in various countries is presented. The aim of the work is a comparative analysis of deferent approaches and methods of rural territories development management in Russia, European Union, USA, Canada and China. The results of the study can be used as basic methods of rural development policy.
