    The importance of developing flexible skills among municipal officials as the criteria of effectiveness and quality work is considered. The ability to adapt to changing conditions, tolerance for uncertainty, communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work in team are performed. The aim of the study is to analyze the development of flexible skills among municipal officials in the administration of the municipal entity "City of Maykop". Methods and approaches of developing municipal officials flexible skills are presented. Training programs, workshops, and events that can help to enhance flexibility and develop relevant skills are described.

    ASSESSMENT OF THE SHADOW ECONOMY ELEMENTS’ IMPACT ON THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE COUNTRY

    The issue of assessing the level of economic security of a country in the context of the shadow economy influence it can be considered to be relevant, since it is widespread all over the world and may soon cover the entire economic sector. Shadow economy causes a negative impact on society is it so great that no country has been able to eradicate that one. The largest percentage of the shadow market sector is in countries with a market–type economic system. The role and nature of the shadow economy have been described by lots of foreign and Russian scientists of the 20th century, as well as modern researchers of the 21st century. Encounter illegal activity is seen at work and shops, for example, manicure at home, printing pictures on mugs and T-shirts at home. It is necessary to study the shadow economy structure and all aspects of its occurrence to find out ways of reducing the shadow activity in our country.
