KhadzhuovaSpecific features of agricultural cooperation (1865-1917) Cooperation takes a special place among numerous political and public organizations. Having been checked by time, ideas and principles of cooperation have found their own place in various political systems. It is no mere chance that within crises and hard times of war great increase of activity of cooperative companies was marked.
Regional investment policy: the institutional-economic mechanism The paper is devoted to problems of formation of a favorable investment climate in a region. The administrative resource of the region is considered as one of the most important means of achieving the purpose. Approaches to the decision of some problems, namely contradictions between the usual hierarchical structure of a control system and necessity of introduction of horizontal connections, the coordination of functions of its separate elements and changes of traditional norms of behaviour are defined.

Some aspects of cooperation and their role in development of an infrastructure of the market This article is devoted to analysis of acute problems standing before the regional producers of agricultural production, such as ensuring an uninterrupted production and effective sale of agricultural production. The author considered the opportunities of cooperation and integration of agricultural producers for the purpose of realization by them of infrastructure functions as one of the possible ways of stabilization of crisis situation in agricultural complex.
Normalization of the cost price as a component of the organization of exchange-distributive relations between participants of the integrated formation The paper considers cost price normalizing in integrated formations. Some approaches to the decision of this problem are considered. The methodical scheme of determination of direct and overhead expenses is offered.
Function of the State in sphere of management of regional agrarian and industrial complex It is justified in the paper that the mechanism of the government is needed for its influence on elements of branch economy, namely agriculture. The author mentions acute problems of regulation of subjects of agrarian and industrial complex in conditions of market economy when levers of the government and the requirement of the spontaneous market should aspire to a condition of optimum synchronism.
