    IMPLEMENTATION OF A DYNAMIC APPROACH TO THE ASSESSMENT OF THE LEVEL AND QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE POPULATION BASED ON THE BALANCED SYSTEM OF INDICATORS

    The article discusses various approaches to assessing the level and quality of life of the population. The key parameters that characterize the standard of living of the population are given, as a result of which they are an integral part of static methodological approaches used in assessing the quality of life of the population. When implementing a dynamic approach, the set of parameters that form the estimated idea of the concepts being analyzed is a constantly transforming system, the parameters of which should be based on the use of tools of a balanced scorecard (BSC). It is proposed to use a dynamic integral indicator of the level and quality of life of the population of the region as the resulting indicator of assessment. The practical application of the proposed approach is shown by the example of the Republic of Ingushetia.

    COGNITIVE APPROACH TO DETERMINING THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE TERRITORY AS A FACTOR OF THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE REGION

    The article considers the problem of the socio-economic development of the region, the solution of which is affected by the degree of development of the territory, its natural and climatic conditions, and production and resource potential. To study the problem, it is proposed to apply a cognitive approach and use the methodology of cognitive modeling of complex systems. This allows you to develop and propose sound strategies for the socio-economic development of the regional system. Brief information on studies of the development of the territory which are necessary for cognitive modeling of the studied regional system is presented. The results of the main stages of cognitive modeling are presented: development of a cognitive map, analysis of its properties (stability and structural), scenario modeling of impulse processes. Cognitive modeling was carried out using the author's program of cognitive modeling of complex CMCS systems. The results of the study are illustrated in tables and graphs.

    The article deals with the problems and prospects of development of the system of state regulation of small and medium-sized businesses in the region. The territorial and branch peculiarities of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) of the Republic of Adygea, the role of this sphere in the socio-economic development of the region are revealed. The key problems and specifics of the use of tools of state support of SMBs in the Republic of Adygea are identified. Particular emphasis is placed on the potential for the development of program-target tools, as well as the expansion of credit, guarantee support for SMBs through enhanced cooperation with JSC «Corporation «SMB».

    TENDENCIES AND PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE DAIRY BRANCH IN THE REPUBLIC OF ADYGEA

    During the formation of a market economy in Russia, collective farms, state farms, and enterprises in the meat and dairy industries everywhere went bankrupt. The Republic of Adygea, which has always had an agrarian direction, has not bypassed this phenomenon, and therefore, for the development of the region, the collapse of collective farms and state farms was especially painful. Over the past twenty years, the republic has systematically revived such agricultural sectors as animal husbandry, crop production and vegetable growing. The article considers the current state of the dairy industry in Russia and its development trends in the Republic of Adygea, for which the activity of the largest producers of dairy products of the republic is analyzed.

    ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISM OF BUSINESS CHANGE MANAGEMENT (ON THE EXAMPLE OF TIKHORETSKY SEPARATE SUBDIVISION OF LLC “TD-HOLDING”)

    The article reveals the essence and features of the formation of the organizational and economic management mechanism by the example of a manufacturing enterprise based on the analysis of various approaches to determining the content of the concept of “organizational and economic mechanism”. The measures developed and implemented at the enterprise, which ensure the improvement of the organizational and economic management mechanism, are characterized. Estimated data on the limitation of budget operations for the first time used at the enterprise and contributing to a significant reduction in monthly budget costs are presented. Effective waste management methods used at the enterprise are disclosed. Based on the results of the study, a concept of the organizational and economic mechanism for managing business changes is proposed, which ensures cost reduction, an increase in the basic economic indicators of the enterprise, staff efficiency and the development of employee loyal behavior, and the economic effect of its implementation is calculated.

    ECONOMIC APPROACH TO ASSESSING THE EFFICIENCY OF THE ENTERPRISE

    The article discusses the works of leading domestic and foreign scientists and economists on issues of assessing the effectiveness of the enterprise. A comparative analysis of the known approaches, methods and methods for assessing the effectiveness of the enterprise. Analysis of the existing methods of economic approach to assessing the effectiveness of the enterprise showed their fragmentation and inconsistency. It was revealed that among the analyzed methods of the economic approach, each has both advantages and disadvantages that affect the degree of their practical application, which does not allow us to consider the effectiveness of the enterprise as a complex category. The development of a new improved concept of the procedure for assessing the effectiveness of an enterprise based on a model is proposed, with the highlighting of the effect with a retrospective, current and future nature of manifestation.
